Menage-a-3 (http://www.menagea3.net)
Sort of a Canadian Love-Hina, with an unusual inclanation towards gay sex. Usual harem set up: 2 girls, 1 incompetant dude- but so far this's shows better continuity and story telling then most 3 page a week comics, so I've stuck with it.
I stumbled upon this on the most recent leg of my unending quest for band comics, because one of the characters is in a band, and the artist/author is also a musician. So far it's been more of a porn then band comic, but I persevere.
Afterstrife (http://www.afterstrife.com)
*this has been updating very rarely over the last few months, but there is a large backlog of story completed, so it will probably finish*
This seemed to start off as one of those one-sarcastic-slag-per-page, one-page-per-update sitcom webcomics, but after 20 pages or so, it gotten pretty good. It's a vein of the sort of afterlife-is-a-bureaucracy thing, but the focus is more "what are all these sinister character's alterior motives" then "what a novel and quirky view of death you have come up with".
I'm a little afraid that it will be abandoned before it's resolved, but though updates have slowed to a crawl lately, they haven't yet stopped.
xkcd (http://www.xkcd.com)
'nuff said. My preferred kind of nerd humour, mostly relating to maths and algorithms, rather then overclocked hardware.
FreakAngles (http://www.freakangels.com)
So far it's been really damn cool. 6 pages a week, updated every friday (bulk updates ftw).
Twelve telepathic 20something's in post apocolyptic London, with a proper sci-fi storyline, as opposed to a sci-fi plot that's just an excuse for impressive action. And an unseen character. I'm a sucker for unseen characters.
It's also written by a real comic writer, so it will be interesting what effect, if any, this may have on his peer's/the comic-publishing industry.Current Mood: busy Current Music: Ghundi and Les Christpunchers
